Constance Contursi has been a leader in the industry for over twelve years as a group fitness manager and is a National Master Trainer for Hit It!® Kickbox and Hit It!® P.O.W.E.R. class formats. She is an ACE and AFAA certified group exercise instructor and ACE personal trainer. She is well recognized for her motivation, dedication and passion for teaching group fitness and believes that teaching participants how to have fun while exercising is most important for exercise adherence. Constance is also well known for her citywide live Hit It!® classes as well as her appearances in national fitness commercials and advertisements.

Donna is a certified Holistic Life Coach and wellness program developer. She has always been a sports enthusiast since she was young and found that the one thing that has been missing most of her life was how important a nutrition/exercise life balance is!

When she was younger, Donna could be found on almost any day of the week bowling somewhere competitively! (Yes, she was a very accomplished competitive bowler - however, she is very humble about it and rarely talks about it!). In recent years, through her own health journey, she has re-discovered health and wellness and is extremely passionate about coaching others to set and accomplish their goals. No matter how big or small, she LOVES helping people realize they have the capability to change their own lives! Donna is extremely relatable and intuitive with others, which sets her apart from other coaches. She has even developed her own wellness event titled Wellamania! for corporate businesses and is in the process of launching that.
Fun Fact: Donna is a crazy cat lady – She and her husband rescued 4 cats from under her neighbor’s deck 10 years ago has been attached ever since.

Eric has been a personal trainer for over 19 years and training director for one of the top grossing personal training departments in the nation. He has been a competitive body builder with multiple national level placings and has worked with a wide range of fitness levels from newbie to pro-fitness competitors. His specialty involves in-depth nutrition coaching as some of the top fitness athletes have sought out his diet plans to gain a more competitive edge and leaner, more defined physique.

Fun Fact:

Eric and Constance worked together over 15 years ago (and he may have had a massive crush on her) ;)

Stacy Cerepa

Stacy is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and teaches many of the HIIT classes. She is also a dedicated student and can be found taking many of the classes! Stacy is recognized for her ability to push her students in her always new and unique ways and her expectations of fitness is what has lead her to become such an amazing instructor. Being such an avid class taker for many years of her life, she knows what makes a great instructor versus a mediocre instructor and she strives for perfection when she is the one leading the class!

Cindy is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and teaches a variety of formats. If she isn’t teaching, she’s taking classes! She made Hit It!® Fitness her second home when she needed to take her workouts to the next level and then became an instructor Cindy doesn't look at fitness as just a way to stay in shape, but rather as her stress relief from a demanding full-time job and a non-stop personal life. As a year-round athlete growing up, mainly as a gymnast and basketball player, staying active became a way of life and she hasn’t stopped even in her adult life. Cindy hopes to inspire others through her own performance, struggles and work-life balancing act.
Fun Fact:
Cindy loves Tigger so much that she has a Tigger themed laundry room and the highlight of Disney was meeting him in person.

Cat is a dedicated mother and fitness pro. As a former extreme sport athlete, she always knew the fitness industry was her fate.Her ultimate goal is to help others become better physically which ends up having an ultimate impact on their personal and professional lives.
Fun Fact: She loves to shake her booty to hip hop music and Cat with a “K”is her alter ego. Better watch out if Kat shows up to teach class one day!
