Constance Contursi Barker
President / Owner

Constance Contursi Barker has been a leader in the industry for over twelve years as a group fitness manager and is a National Master Trainer for Hit It!® Kickbox and Hit It!® P.O.W.E.R. class formats. She is an ACE and AFAA certified group exercise instructor and ACE personal trainer. She is well recognized for her motivation, dedication and passion for teaching group fitness and believes that teaching participants how to have fun while exercising is most important for exercise adherence. Constance is also well known for her citywide live Hit It!® classes as well as her appearances in national fitness commercials and advertisements.
DJ KJ® Co-Creator / Fitness Instructor
Kevin Barker (DJ KJ®) has emerged upon the elite nightlife scene of Chicago entertaining everyone including Chicago’s A-List socialites and celebrities. His dj sets and high energy dance mixes have dominated dance floors and garnered recognition for some time now. All of his mixes are featured in the Hit It!® formats and dvds. Kevin is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 13 years experience and a B.S. in Exercise Science.
Christine Baccino has been a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer in the fitness industry for over 10 years. She is the owner of Baccino Massage Therapy practicing clinical massage for over 4 years as a licensed massage therapist. Christine is dedicated to helping clients “Live Life Pain Free” through massage and her resistance training techniques.

Patti Rinaldi is a resident of Roselle with her husband and two fantastic sons. Her love for Hit It!® Fitness is evident in all that Patti does from participating in fitness convention shows, representing the company in different community events and going above and beyond for the members that belong to the Hit It!® Fitness studio. Coming from a running background, Patti believes that the classes at Hit It!® Fitness truly changed her life. She has become so enamored with the industry that she received her AFAA certification and has become Hit It!® P.O.W.E.R. trained!
Stacy is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and teaches many of the HIIT classes. She is also a dedicated student and can be found taking many of the classes! Stacy is recognized for her ability to push her students in her always new and unique ways and her expectations of fitness is what has lead her to become such an amazing instructor. Being such an avid class taker for many years of her life, she knows what makes a great instructor versus a mediocre instructor and she strives for perfection when she is the one leading the class!
Kathy Brant has been in the fitness industry for over twenty years. She began teaching exercise classes at sixteen! As an ACE certified group fitness instructor with a Master of Arts in Teaching, she has combined her passion for fitness with her love of helping others push themselves to accomplish what they never thought they could do. Kathy first got hooked on yoga while practicing on the beach in Hermosa Beach, California, and has made yoga her group exercise specialty. “It’s been so fun to have the Hit It!® Fitness crew tell me how much their abdominal and gluteal muscles ache after my yoga class!” Some yoga practices do focus on relaxation and stretching – but not Athlete Yoga. Kathy’s class combines strength, flexibility, balance, and core training. “The best way I can describe it is that you leave class feeling like you just had a great workout, a massage, and a glass of wine.”
Roselle / Oak Park
Jonathan is a NASM certified Personal Trainer from Brooklyn, NY who has a background in Jiu-Jitsu training and is extremely passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves. When he isn't training, he is most likely creating music as he is a singer/song writer.
Jeanine George is a CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer who was an athlete throughout her youth, playing soccer, swimming and skiing. As an adult, she became a runner and as a mother of two boys she turned to group exercise as a way to stay healthy and fit and has now been an instructor for over 7 years! She truly believes that encouraging others to value their health and fitness through movement and exercise is her life's work.
