Join us on Sunday, June 9th, 2019 @ 9:15am for a two-hour Boxing Conditioning class! This class will work on perfecting boxing technique, footwork, partner drills and total conditioning. Lots of core and cardio drills to help increase speed and ultimately power!!
Taught by Constance Barker & The Hit It Staff! A great opportunity to take your fitness to another level! It’s a fun, exciting way to build strength, confidence, and endurance all while improving your eye/body coordination and core stability!
