Why Foam Roll?

Hit It!® Fitness Instructors and Trainers love their high intensity formats and they know in order to get the full benefits of training hard we must allow our bodies time to recover and repair.
Foam rolling 3-4 days a week or 5-20 minutes a day can do wonders for your muscles through myofascial release, also called trigger point release.
